About INSEAD

INSEAD (www.insead.edu) is widely recognised among the world’s top-tier business schools as one of the most innovative and influential.  It is the only business school with full-fledged campuses in Asia (Singapore) and Europe (Fontainebleau, France). Currently, 141 faculty members teach more than 840 MBA students, 6,500 executives and 73 PhD students from over 75 countries. INSEAD’s unique global perspective and multi-cultural diversity are reflected in all aspects of its research and teaching. The INSEAD-Wharton Alliance, announced in May 2001, combines INSEAD’s resources with those of Wharton’s campuses in Philadelphia and San Francisco, to deliver business education and research across a Global Learning Network.

INSEAD MBA

INSEAD is the first premier business school to launch a parallel MBA programme on a dedicated campus in Asia. Our concept "same but different" means that the Fontainebleau campus and the Singapore campus offer the same programme structure. Participants are rigorously selected from one applicant pool irrespective of their campus choice. Both the Europe and the Asia Campus offer the same programme, across equally diverse student populations, with INSEAD’s teaching faculty setting the highest standards throughout. Our MBA participants guaranteed access to global career opportunities. Inaugurated over 40 years ago, entrepreneurial and ahead of its time, INSEAD was the first school with an accelerated MBA (ten months instead of two years). It was also the first school in which the term "international" took on a true meaning with its unique multi-cultural learning environment.

INSEAD Executive MBA (EMBA)
Combining the analytical rigor in management with the art of executive leadership, the INSEAD Executive MBA, to be launched in November 2003, brings together the best of both worlds: the international reputation of the INSEAD MBA programme and INSEAD’s leading experience in Executive Education. On the INSEAD Europe campus or the Asia campus in Singapore, the richness and relevance of the learning, the innovative personal development scheme and the exceptional networking opportunities make this INSEAD Executive MBA a life-changing experience.

INSEAD Executive Development Programmes (EDP)
INSEAD has been conducting open and company-specific programmes for China and Hong Kong professionals over the past few years. The INSEAD EDP aims to provide maps and tools for action, honing managers' judgement and inference skills to enable them to make sharper decisions in uncertain and complex contexts. Whilst fostering careful reflection on leadership, each programme also considers the impact of new technologies, as well as stressing managers' sensitivities to the subtle cultural differences around the world and especially in a vibrant market like China.
