System Brief

系统简介

 

In this system, refuse is thrown into individual or common refuse chutes or even into post-type hoppers located at the ground level.
在本系统中,垃圾可倒入单独的或共用的垃圾道,或者直接扔进地面上安装的邮筒式垃圾箱。

 

The refuse is then channelled to storage tanks under the chute or post-type hopper and stored there until it is sucked out by the Pneumatic Vehicle (PV).
扔进垃圾道或邮筒式垃圾箱的垃圾会进入垃圾存储罐,等待气动式垃圾清运车(PV)来将其吸出。

 

During collection, the PV driver connects the suction arm of the vehicle to the docking station. A single docking station can service multiple buildings within a radial distance of 400 metres.
清运垃圾时,气动式垃圾清运车驾驶员将车上的抽气臂连接到垃圾清运口上。通过一个单独的垃圾清运口,即可处理400米半径内多个建筑内的垃圾。

 

Programmable Logic Control performs the entire refuse collection at the touch of a button. The trucks are also fitted with automatic sensors to detect problem spots caused by blockage.
使用可编程逻辑控制器,气动式垃圾清运车驾驶员轻轻按下一个按钮,即可完成整个垃圾清运工作。而且车内还配有自动感应器,可迅速探查出整个系统内出现阻塞的位置。

 

The air from the PV is passed through a water scrubber to remove dust particles, an air silencer to reduce noise, and an activated carbon deodoriser to eliminate foul odour, before being discharged back into the atmosphere.
从气动式垃圾清运车里排出来的空气首先要经过一个水洗器,以过滤掉垃圾粉尘;接下来要经过一个静音器以降低噪音;然后还要经过一个活性炭除臭器以消除异味;经过这些处理工序后,最后才将干净空气排放回周围环境中。

 

Upon completion of the suction process, the suction arm is disconnected from the docking station, and the PV proceeds to the next collection point. When the refuse compartment in the PV is full, the truck would proceed to the incineration plant for disposal.
抽吸工作完成后,抽气臂从清运口上断开,气动式垃圾清运车又前往下一个清运点。车内的垃圾装满后,卡车将开往垃圾焚烧厂,将垃圾处理掉。
