The principle of such method is that: rosette nano-titania can be produced by using simple technology and appropriate thermal treatment and taking cheap titanium sulfate as the major raw material. Such method is characteristic of easily-available source of raw materials, low cost, simple technology and controllability under large-scale production conditions. Such rosette nano-titania can be applied to prepare the compound stealth materials.

In the process of mixing titanium sulfate and inorganic base, control the PH value within the range of 5-10, use ice-water bath for cooling, control the mixing speed, and maintain the temperature at below 50℃. The concentration of the water solution of titanium oxynitrate should be controlled within a range of 0.5-4 mol/liter; the addition volume of additives as the crystal-form reaction initiator should be controlled at 0.5-17%; the temperature and time for hydrolyzation at normal atmosphere should be 70-112℃ and 0.7-7 hours respectively; drying methods may include heat drying, freeze drying or microwave drying; the temperature and time for heat drying should be 100-300℃ and 1-12 hours respectively; the temperature and time for thermal treatment should be 300-700℃ and 1-8 hours respectively.
